You see because she couldn’t shut her mouth or say the right thing (Sarah) and yeah I hit her, but at first on the side of her arm or just grabbed her because, you know, we were a bit drunk and she wouldn’t look at me. She had that face on her like she was sucking a tic tac and she wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and if she hadda bothered to listen she would have heard me tell her that I love her and that I do want things to get better but she just looked over there and said the most stupid things and I got her to listen a few times but she was crying and yelling and she was supposed to stop so I stopped her but I didn’t mean for her head to go like that or for her to lie there looking dead, just still and dead on the floor. Christ I didn’t hit her that hard.
